Terms

The terms of service for Concierge are set out in the customer agreement between your company and us. If you use Concierge as a member of a company’s team, your company’s administrator has that agreement.

For a copy of the agreement, or any question about it, contact your account manager.

• You use Concierge on behalf of your company. Its owners and administrators decide who has access, with which role, and can remove access at any time.
• Keep your password to yourself. You can see where you’re signed in, and sign out other devices, from your profile.
• Sign-ins, messages sent, setting changes and deletions are recorded in your company’s audit log.
